Our Design Process

01 Customize Invitation

 

Craft your unique invitation here, or pick your preferred package, add any add ons and upgrades you like, and share it with us through email at artfeaststudios@gmail.com or by sending us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook. Expect to receive an invoice via email soon.

02 Confirmation

Upon accepting the invoice, a minimum downpayment of 50% is necessary to confirm your order.

For partial payments, we accept GCASH, BDO/BPI bank deposits or online fund transfers. 

 

03 Send Documents

Complete the necessary forms, organize your files, design inspirations, and send them to us.

04 Design Magic!

 

We weave our design magic after receiving your materials. Expect to receive the initial layout within 5-7 working days.

Custom designs may require additional time if we need to create custom illustrations or graphics.

 

05 Review Design

 

Review your digital proof and send us your comments for revisions.

Revisions may take 1-7 days.

06 Approval

Happy with your design? Give us the thumbs up to start production.

07 Production

 

After the final approval, your order enters the production phase. The standard production time is 3-7 working days. Additional days may be necessary for add-on services or special finishing.

 

08 Delivery

 

Completed orders are shipped out once the balance is settled. Expect to receive your order within 1-2 days.
